Horrible experience – Initially this service was great, however once I settled my account and asked for confirmation of this I was ignored and taken on a ride filled with excuses. I still await manager details urgently.

Not worth it – The application process was a breeze but how else would a company who over charges and are expensive get their clients . My fees were ridiculous, customer service was non existent and their were so many inconsistencies. Tried to pull the wool over you when you miss a payment . Planned out with easy repayments however can't get a hold of any body by phone and right at the end they said I hadn't paid the last payment and charge threw the roof interest . Short term loans – Call centre were misleading and fave wrong information. This company trys to scam there customers and make them feel dumb and they are at fault. Over charge overall terribke experience with myfi services would never recommend or use ever again

Very very good! Transparent and Fair – My experience was absolutely great. Especially just getting over the Xmas and New Year hump. MyFi made it easy for me and having access to the online also helped me to watch my account. I actually paid it off before as the "payout" figure was too hard to resist. Show details

understanding and helpful – Honestly, I was abit slack when paying back my loan here and there but myfi was always understanding about it and would always break down my payments for me and anything else I asked for etc It was a pretty good experience personally and I do recommend it, I’m on minimum wage and work 20 hours a week so finding financial help with my job is hard but this company was a great help and affordable to pay back on my salary. On a $350 loan this lot are trying to sting me $1050 after using a wrong account and costing me heaps in bank fees – $1050.00 on a $350 loan. Thieves! Do not use. Hard to contact. Non understanding. they are good only had 1 problem – really good at what they do, there was only 1 moment i had that wasnt bad cause they fixed it but not good either, and that was one of my payments didn't show on their computers but they had good communication and was sorted really fast

reminding to pay multiple messages emails 3 long waits for customer service the longest being 45 minutes shortest being 10 as I unfortunately got disconnected before explaining I paid it for them to wish me luck for them seeing the payment that day was stressful to say the least but at the end of the day mifi came through with the funds when I needed it when others wouldn't I'm glad there's a happy ending where everybody got paid I just hope from a borrower's stand point it can improve or atleast learn from the shortfall in this experience and work on the issues raised

If I could rate lower I would – Poor customer service. The women on the phone was so rude. This company charges way too much. Change an extra $80+ for a late payment even though payment has been made.
