disgusting 365% interest rates you sign a contract saying you will pay x amount by direct debit only to have them message you after and say they no longer do it and this is now what you have to pay every weekcant get in contact with them unless you leave a bad review on here then they ring and promised discount if I changed my feed back and they were very aggressive about this I borrowed 200$ ended up paying back 750$ as that was not what I agreed but they changed contract

Great lifeline for those who need help within an hour. In times of need wifi loans are there and if payments are never missed there are no problems. Although do beware they do change their systems regularly so keep in close contact with notifications or you could get behind though these can easily be sorted.

Criminal organisation

These people are thieves. They keep taking money out of my account despite having already been repaid in full. I blocked them and they found other ways to sneak access to my account and they are difficult to contact..how are they getting away with this? It's daylight robbery, plain and simple.

Cigno is great friendly and helpfull they help me with a loan for unexpected car repairs. All was good i then lost my job and while between jobs without work cigno were only to happy to helpfully set up a new repayment plan to suit my current lower income.. so repayments could continue at a loaer rate the extra cost associated was minamal.. very good company with great service

Customer service was easy to contact. Though I never seemed to get a correct answer to the exact extra costs going on to my account.
I amextrememly dissapointed with the interest and booking fees. It seems unclear. The interest rates are unbelievably high.

Had like 2 different remaining balances which weren't very clear ended up being charged $18 instead of the $6 that got tacked on after paying atleast 400 for $200 loan hope they get investigated soon

The application process was quick and easy and approval happened straight away. It was great not being harassed by phone calls like some do. Money was in straight away and payment process was the easiest Ive ever had to do with loans. Thank you so much.


This company is crap

Wouldn’t wish this company upon anyone I used this as a last resort due to being a stay at home mother and needed to pay my power etc as work and income couldn’t help me. I’m nearly done paying the loan off but all of a sudden they have ghosted me wth sent them emails asking if they have received my recent payment as I wanna be on top things for when crap hits the fan coz it has before I would reckon mend not using this easy service as you pay twice as much back from wat u got take screenshots of every payment you make to them.as they try and twist crap saying they can’t see payments blah blah blah
