Sent wrong size items, supposed to be 17cm bracelet but they were bigger than anklets and smaller than a necklace. Purchased the items and not received the correct size.

You will not obtain a refund from this company, although the refund policy is advertised on their website... they have offered me 50% off on the next order instead of returning the money (like advertised). Very unprofessional in their dealings. They keep sending the same message over and over and it's difficult to get a reasonable explanation as to why they wouldn't stick to their return policy advertised.
iPhone Case Very Poor Quality – I purchased a phone case for my new phone and it is of very poor quality. I had one almost identical (customised cassette tape look) for my older phone and whilst it was not fantastic it was reasonably OK. This new one the plastic is very thin and flexible I don't think it will provide any protection or last at all. The picture on this one is of very low resolution and quality. Avoid and get something better quality from other providers.

Stole from me – This company sent me the wrong product, and then refused to refund me in full in contradiction with their policy which states that they offer refunds if they send me the wrong item. They offered me part refund only, for sending me an item I did not order. They told me that if I paid for return postage and sent it back, they would give me 70% refund. This is theft. Be warned and stay away from this company.
