Very disappointed with quality and the Customer Service response over a broken bangle – I have bought earrings from Najo and a sliver bangle with a charm. silver bangle they are giving away at the moment if a customer spends more than $199. The email I received said that my bangle was not the same as this and that they only have a 12 month return policy with proof of purchase.
So basically the person said I was lying when it is clear the clasp is exactly the same as the bracelet that they are advertising and I bought from them. It is the same bangle.
I own many pieces of silver and gold jewellery and have 2 silver bangles I’ve worn for over 20 years which are flawless. I would imagine the silver in the unify bangle is of poor quality.
Their jewellery is nice but the workmanship quality I feel now is dubious and the customer service quite poor.
