This is a great grill! This is the only grill you will ever need. Amazing temperature control. It gets Amazingly hot or dial it down to cold smoking. Charcoal beats gas for taste. Use a chimney and start the grill then prep your food and it takes the same time as gas or frying. Better temperature control and better built then weber products. The multi level can be used for temperature control or volume... just add more grates. The bottom vent does not let sparks out...very safe.
