I wish now I read the reviews earlier. This company are terrible to deal with. Nearly two weeks with a strange message on my tracking. Enquired yesterday with no response. Ring took nearly 4 weeks for shipping to be created - was advised they’d moved warehouses but this wasn’t advertised when paying for quick shipping. Still took 2 weeks for the status to change to picked up by Auspost with an expected delivery. Never arrived. Was deemed ‘lost’. Money back request from customer service went unanswered. Scam site – Would give zero but have to give 1. Scam company who advertised like crazy so partner got a ring just for it to never come. Fake post number "lost package". No reply and stolen money.

Avoid – Don't trust. Product came but was too small the gold bracelet so I attempted to swap it and they were challenging to get hold of then very vague when it came to the return label. After a few messages back and forth and no label they said they had to follow up. Never heard back still! Sad as they have potential going by the look of the products. Unprofessional!

Lack of communication – I purchased a ring over a month ago after checking the tracking and it continues to say - item not shipped waiting on more information from supplier return in 24 hours. I check daily. I email every 2 - 3 days and all i get is a reply to say we will check with the warehouse and get back to you and that's where the conversation ends. Still waiting for my item or a proper reply!

Rubbish – Same as all other reviews purchased the ring absolute rubbish lookes like they won it from a timezone claw and just dont respond to any emails scam company dont buy from them.

Non-existent customer service – Very terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped with no response. Even after my ring arrived still no response. I guess I’m just lucky that the item even arrived in the first place. On the website they don’t show the full design of the ring, so there are details on it that aren’t shown on the website. for the what I got. Probably should have ordered off SHEIN and saved myself a a couple hundred dollars. Also the GRA certificate is a fake.

Scam - don’t purchase – Did not ship order after purchasing. No response from customer care at all. Fake shipping number given to Aus post so that it would look like Aus post lost the parcel. Scam website do not buy from here

Be aware do not purchase from this company – Non-existent customer service. They do not reply to emails and no phone number to call. My package was lost in mail by Aust Post and nothing has to done to resolve issue. It’s been nearly two months and I am out the cost of a ring. I should have done more research on this company.
