source more timber to complete project, while I wait on filing an official complaint. The service team have made no effort to acknowledge and accept that the product is useless and not fit for purpose. As a business owner I would be horrified if my customers were treated with such disdain and lack of regard for long-term relationships.
This is my third fence order from Narangba Timbers. Excellent service all round. A quick light pressure wash, these palings are ready for painting. The photos show darker/dirty palings but these are from the top and the bottom of the packs and you can clearly see the protection lines. The paint will cover this up. Show details · 1
Poor customer service to the core – Bought 625 pieces of timber palings of 10cm x 1.5m in size. They were initially not delivered on the correct date. I work interstate and had clearly communicated with Narangba Timbers when the delivery should be made. When I came back on the day I was supposed to start work on my fence, there was no timber. get the timber delivered two days later.
After the deliver was made , on checking the load, I found that in between the correct size timber, there were 42 palings on about 5-7.5cm x 1.5m. I have tried to contact the company for more than a week, also emailed them, and as I write this review I am still waiting for a response either by phone or email , and a rectification of the anomaly.
