another of their senior technicians attend the property to have a look at the machine again and I was lucky I was being offered that at nil cost. Absolute scam - do not let them near your appliance. Manager has no customer service skills .they make you pay upfront for repair as well. Technician never tested machine prior to leaving and if he had he would have seen that it was not working correctly but he reported on his technician report he had. Despite photographic evidence and videos all date and time stamped they only offered an another senior technicians to attend to review the machine. Never ever again !

he'd go back to the office and they would source the part for me.

A little while later i received a call to advise that it would cost me just under $400 which included both the part from the US (as they could not source it here) and the labour to install. The delivery was going to be between 1-2 weeks. they requested payment for the part and the install UP FRONT!

Wanting the washing machine fixed as this was now 3 weeks WITHOUT a washing machine i happily paid the money. 3 weeks later I had to ring for an update as I'd heard nothing. they advised they'd find out and get back to me.

later that week i received a call advising that they had to go to the US to get the part it would be another 3-4 weeks. At this point i cut the person off and advised that I'd already been told that and that this was coming from the US and if they were trying to get more money from me they could stop right there. The cheeky person on the phone said he'd have to check the records to see what was said (like I was lying). I further told them that they were going to put it on a plane not a boat as i was not waiting for 3-4 more months for my machine to be fixed. I was not happy at this point in time.

4 more weeks went by and I finally got a call from them to say the part was in BUT the service guy could not come as his van and tools were stolen (apparently they only have 1 guy in all of the Sydney Metro area that does service on old Maytag washing machines). They told me i could wait until they got word from this guy that he could come to my place or i could have the part (which i'd already paid for) and arrange another installer. I asked for my part and a return of my Money for the Labour to install.

the next week I received a call saying that the guy could now come to my place so they'd do it rather than return my money. I advised that i did not want them to come back and i just wanted my money as promised. They told me to cancel that call - this was completely inappropriate and they were advised that this would not happen.

The money was then returned PROMPTLY - as promised.

Happy with the service! – Josh was helpful and professional from start to finish. He really showing the expertise and good knowledge and fixing the problem of our old oven very quick. Happy with the service.
