National Custom Compounding

worse than Centrelink – I came across their article on allergies to preservatives in medications. it included a preservative I am allergic to. It was so empathetic and understanding, promising help and that they would be willing to speak to me and my GP and help me with a preservative free version of the medication I needed. I felt like all my christmases had come at once. Finally a componding pharmacy that got it. Excited I rang. What a disappointment. The woman I spoke to was rude ignorant and dismissive and told me the pharmacists were too busy to speak with me or my GP and probably to busy to make up the medication I needed but I could send in a script and they might consider it in a few weeks. She was indifferent to the issue with preservatives in OTC and prescription meds raised on their own website and basically implied I should just get over myself and put up with it as their service had more important things to do than assist me. I have had better treatment from Centrelink staff! I emailed a complaint. Form email response saying they would get back to me in 24 hours. Waiting, Waiting - not holding my breath though.

Don't seem to care – On 20/1/22 I ordered some medicine for my son which was only available from a compounding pharmacy. National Custom Compounding advised they could make this up and get it delivered. Their website states a 24 hour promise to get it shipped. It didn't ship until 24/1/22 (granted two of the days were a weekend). They are approximately an hour away from us. On 28 Jan I was advised it was now out for delivery with the courier. On 31/1/22 I called up to find out what was going on. The pharmacy advised that they would chase up the courier and if I didn't have it delivered by the next day to call them back. Still no sign of the medicine so I called them back and they had no record of chasing it up with the courier. They had very little sympathy and offered to chase the courier up but wouldn't give anytime as to when they would get back to me, instead kept saying it should show up. Eventually they agreed to prepare some more and ship it out via express post. However they refused to make that up today despite it being only 2pm.
