Nationwest Finance lacks any communication skills – Some polite and truthful words explaining what a customer truly wants. I want to emphasise that my comments are not directed at you personally. However, it is crucial to address the consistent issue of this business's appalling communication, as previously noted. It is disheartening and incredibly frustrating that an entire year has passed since Nationwest Finance had any correspondence with me (initiated by myself on both occasions), only to be met with complete silence and disregard.

Additionally, it is deeply disappointing that when I made contact, the so-called resolution required my efforts to collate and forward the requested documents. One would reasonably expect a simple email or follow-up to address this matter, rather than burdening me with additional responsibilities.

In light of these circumstances, it is increasingly difficult for me to justify continuing my patronage of this business, particularly when I have received far superior offers from Liberty (after disclosing my intention to move elsewhere), without needing any additional documentation, and securing an even better rate through independent channels.

I hope you can understand the immense frustration and profound disappointment I am experiencing. As a customer, I demand transparency, reliability, and effective communication from any business I choose to engage with. Unfortunately, based on my personal experiences, it is clear that these qualities are severely lacking within your organisation.
