Our car needed towing and Trevor came to our rescue. He was very helpful, concerned, polite and friendly, reassuring us. He made us feel safe and confident about our situation which was so appreciated.

Terrible customer service! Threatened to impound my car when I told them 3 times I would pay the extra $40 to travel 6kms! Would not recommend EVER!

Very poor service. I am told a certain time frame of the tow, but Nationwide is not upfront in telling exactly what time the tow will arrive. after the tow is eventually completed, Its like talking to a brick wall. They say they will send it, but they dont. And I have to keep calling back day after day to remind them. I requested an invoice on Friday and its now Tuesday and still haven't received it.It just worsens an already bad experience.

Booked a pickup/tow through Sevenhills Nationwide, from Wentworthville to Sevenhills for my ute on Tuesday 17/02/2026, (8klm) away, for today, Monday, 23/02/2026, given a time window between 7.00am - 10.00am. which it isn't, it's just pathetic poor management. I had a booking at 8.00am at Powerhouse mechanics, Sevenhills, which we agreed could be dropped off near or around 10.00am. Still waiting!!! Obviously, it's pointless booking with Nationwide Towing, because it's not a priority! They just rolled up now! You better not of stuffed my booking with the mechanic! Never again!!!!!!!

My husband really appreciates the service that he received this afternoon in plenty valley. Without the determination and understanding from the towie, my husband would've been stuck and stressed out. Thankyou for the drivers care and compassion.

I broke down on a Sunday, no one else was answering the phone. Had my car on a truck 45 minutes later at a very reasonable price given the distance from home. The driver was fantastic, took great care of the car and us. Worth 6 stars

My deceased brothers car was towed away by nationwide towing but l didn't know. I rang the local council in the south east of Melbourne to inquire if they had it towed. It was not in their system. nationwide towing car impound search from their website & the car was not impounded. Three weeks later the police found my brothers car which was impounded at Nationwide towing in noble Park Vic. $460 release fees & $25 a day impound fees. As l made a complaint to the council, they wavered the daily fees. Be aware that this is dodgy for individuals to pay all this money as Nationwide towing impound search is not correct. On the day l collected the car it was still NOT on their impound search on their website. Disgusting & Dodgy.
