Horrible drying damaging. Ruined my hair – this product was so damaging it has stripped my hair of moisture and caused it to become brittle and sticky. shampoo my hair once a week. I will give the unopened tubes to a charity shop and never buy this product again. I am bitterly disappointed that what was such a great shampoo has changed for the worst.

Worst. Hair. Product. Ever – I used both the shampoo & the conditioner. I prefer sulfate free hair products & like coconut oil so I thought this would be great. At &10 each, it’s not cheap. say the least & it almost ran through my fingers before I could get it on my head. It untangled the hair but after rinsing my hair felt hard & wiry, Absolutely disappointing and quite revolting tbh. It takes a lot for me to rate things this poorly but I don’t want others to have high expectations that these products just don’t deliver.

the swelling did not occur immediately. So I waited as few weeks and tried the conditioner again. This time it affected my forehead, hairline and all around my eyes. I had an itchy red rash that was stinging and very hot and painful. My eyes were puffy and sore. I went to the doctor who thought it may have been shingles but the test for this was negative. This is Day 4 and I still have the rash, my eyes are very sore and my skin is till itchy but it is drying up and has not got worse. I do not recommend this product even if you don't usually have allergic reactions.

Terrible – This shampoo came highly recommended by a staff member in a Priceline store. I needed new shampoo for our family and decided to give it a go as it was on special. All 4 of us have used, we all have different hair types:

Me: Dry, curly hair

My Partner and daughter: dead straight hair

Eldest daughter thick wavy straight hair

It has not done anything for us, the shampoo leaves hair feeling very brittle, dry and thirsty for moisture.

Even though we use treatments on our hair the shampoo is terrible, and I am forever scratching my head because its too drying on my scalp.

Disappointing outcome for us.

This is why I only gave it 1 star.

December 19th 2018 Update: Does not work

This conditioner compliments the Moisture Surge Shampoo by Natural Instinct however, does not work at all.

I bought this hoping it would give our hair a big moisture boast but it hasn't.

Its feels soft but it leaves our hair very dry and brittle.

it has not lived up to anything.

I cannot wait to replace it with another product.

Thos is one of the worst products I've ever used – I have extremely sensitive skin, so when I see "hypoallergenic" and "for sensitive skin" I get excited. I used the conditioner expecting to finally put an end to the itching caused by washing my hair, only to receive the worst allergic reaction I've ever gotten from any hair product I've used.

Poor Shampoo, Great Conditioner! – I used the shampoo but I was disappointed to see that it hardly makes any foam and it doesn't actually clean the hair. After washing it with another shampoo, I used the conditioner and I was happy with it. I could comb my hair easily and it leaves the hair moisturized and lightly scented. I would recommend the conditioner, but the shampoo needs to be improved.

Something wrong with this product – Using the shampoo and conditioner. I am not sure why but my hair looks really oily after I use this product. Trying to dry it and there is a residue in my hair, even after I wash and rinse it thoroughly. I am using more product to lather it as I thought that may help. Great value shampoo – My review is for the new packaging (beige bottle) and there is text which says "new improved formula". I have used lots of sulphate-free shampoos and some of them are so watery that they don't feel like they cleanse my hair and scalp. shampoo has a subtle scent which is pleasant. I have very dry hair and when I used the shampoo, I didn't feel that my hair was more dry after using it.

The Natural Instinct Natural Shampoo represents great value for money. The 500ml pump bottle lasted me a long time.

This product was perfect the way it was!!! – You should not have changed the shampoo it's just awful. I will no longer buy this product. Leaves my hair in a terrible state. Looks like I havnt washed it at all. Change it back
