people do not respect or care about their customers! They do not have any pride whatsoever about their jobs I have been 3 times back to the shop telling them that the hair piece is unacceptable and they are absolutely careless it’s eating me alive I can’t sleep at night since the purchase about 10 days ago it’s been horrible
Absolute scam do not purchase from here – Order using express delivery. Not only was it "delayed" but I have yet to receive my package or any update about it. Absolutely scam do not order from here. I've emailed for a refund but have not received anything back. It was meant to come within 1-3 days and it's now been 2 weeks.
Nothing received no refund no response – Terrible experience I made an order with express postage in July and my order has never been shipped and they have never responded to any of my emails I’m so glad I found somewhere I can tell people never buy from here you’ll never get your product or your money back, unfortunately.
Awful – worst customer service experience. they advertise products not in stock and charge for delivery. they then call you asking you to wait a week plus for the product to be available, and refuse to refund the delivery fee. I'm all for supporting local businesses but businesses should treat customers honestly and fairly. terrible experience! Show details

Corn row service at Enmore Road – I've had my hair corn rowed twice at the store, each time I made an appointment arrived on time and the stylist was ready to service my hair and me alone. We discussed the preparation required before the service ie freshly clean and blown out hair ( all things i was going to do but good to be on same page). so no surprises when the work was done. I'm pleased with the finished works. I'll be inserting pashion twists by Crochet method and my base corn row pattern is good to go with a couple of tips from the stylist. If you're time poor and need neat corn rows in good time this is the place for you.
Scammers – Got sold an expired conditioner, over a year expiry date. One item was left off off my order and i had to keep sending emails to get them to send it. Very dissappointed! Show details
Would stay away – I ordered my shampoo online, 2 bottles, and received them with a 2 month shelf life. I emailed for an exchange or return to no response. I then gave them a call and was met with an extremely rude response. Would not recommend purchasing from this store. They don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Fantastic Service – I’ve used these guys a few times now, and they’re great. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and all reasonably priced products. Highly recommend.
Great – I was hesitant to purchase from this website as I couldn’t find any reviews on it, but saw they have physical stores, so gave them a try. My order shipped promptly and was extremely well-packaged to prevent damage in transit, with all products sealed and individually bubble-wrapped. Prices are competitive and the website easy to use with a great range.
