card. Instead, I’m left with a no credit and no PC. This whole process has been frustrating and leaves me sick to my stomach. I’ll be going to JW Computers in Norwest or another store where I can buy in person on a weekend without all this hassle or the risk of dealing with a business that feels this scammy.
Follow-up · Ended up going to Scorptec. Could purchase in store on a Saturday. The hold was on my card for 5 days. They gave no reasoning behind why it was flagged, just that their system flagged it so they cancelled the order without even reaching out. Highly recommend just avoiding these guys and going somewhere with instore shopping to avoid the headache.
The company are very competitive on price, efficient in delivery and have an excellent return to base policy. I've had the PC for over 7 months now and not a single issue. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
