100% recommend these guys. I am extremely happy with the PC and the after-sales support from these guys. I bought the EMERALD GLASS RYZEN 9 9950X3D | RTX 5090 The original listed RAM was not in stock but they quickly contacted me and I confirmed they were indeed asking to swap for a 1:1 like-for-like substitute. During the promotion they were giving away high-end gaming chairs valued at $799 and also promptly contacted me via phone to confirm if I wanted one, which I did.

They built, tested and packed the PC in basically one day and sent it via express post which arrived already the next day. Upon receiving it, the box was in excellent condition and packaged extremely carefully and professionally and the box was correctly labeled with many "fragile" stickers. I looked over the entire computer and confirmed it's well built. The PC absolutely rips.

I noticed I did not get the serial number or check code for my RTX 5090 to register the additional 2 year (4 year total) warranty from Gigabyte. I also did not get a Steam game code for 007 First Light. After contacting them about both, they helped me both register the extended warranty and get the free $120 game my build was eligible for.

The only things I'd mention is that I wish I had paid the extra $99 for them to put Thermal Grizzly CPU paste on my CPU and not use the standard paste that comes with the liquid cooler. Plus I wish they had included both the GPU label with serial number, check code and game product key with the purchase which would have saved me having to email them. Note that they do not include a displayport cable even though the GPU does come with one.

A huge thanks from me to the guys at Nebula as they have been extremely friendly, fast to reply and the PC and all components were priced very competitively. I'm definitely wishing this company the best with their business.

My order was suddenly cancelled due to "potential fraud," and now I have a $5,250 hold on my credit card with no clear timeframe for when it will be released. I was willing to pay via bank transfer and even offered to come in person with my debit card. Instead, I’m left with a no credit and no PC. This whole process has been frustrating and leaves me sick to my stomach. I’ll be going to JW Computers in Norwest or another store where I can buy in person on a weekend without all this hassle or the risk of dealing with a business that feels this scammy.

 Follow-up  · Ended up going to Scorptec. Could purchase in store on a Saturday. The hold was on my card for 5 days. They gave no reasoning behind why it was flagged, just that their system flagged it so they cancelled the order without even reaching out. Highly recommend just avoiding these guys and going somewhere with instore shopping to avoid the headache.

The company are very competitive on price, efficient in delivery and have an excellent return to base policy. I've had the PC for over 7 months now and not a single issue. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
