Not supportive at all – I purchased thos pillow expecting a supportive pillow but i woke up with a qorse headache than with my other pillow. They said to use it over 20 nights for your neck to adjust to it, but your neck is supposed to feel instant relief when its in its correct alignment so this is incorrect. Thos happened multiple times until i finally gave up.
Also, please do not rely on the money back guarantee as you still need to pay for shipping to send it back, so i only got a 40% refund and was told that i could keep it.... still money and I'm not even using it.
This pillow is not for everyone. I do not recommend it.
Hard, uncomfortable, hot – I gave this pillow a red-hot go, based on the advertising blurb and reviews. But I've never hated a pillow so much in my life! on it, and the beads generate heat without seconds of laying my head down, which makes my head hot and sweaty. Horrible. I find I have nightmares when I'm sleeping too hot, and I feel like I've had nightmares every night for the past three months since I've had this pillow. Would not recommend.
