Great knives! – The quality of the steel is good, and the knives give a nice clean cut. My favourite is the santoku knife because it allows me to cut relatively quickly. The nice bright color doesn't make me feel like I'm in a cold and unemotional place full of stainless steel. The weight distribution is good and the price is attractive. Affordable, bright color
