Worse than terrible - I also took [Name Removed] to NCAT and local Sherrif- which was all a waste of my time and money. He took a 5g deposit from us and spent it- but not on our replacement unit. He no longer lives in Glenmore Park and we have heard he has scurried off interstate. He is a low life person with no morals, who should be in Prison. Looks like he has started up a new biz called PBE HVAC.
Scam Artist – Stay away from Nepean Air , it has been over 12 months since we became involved with Phil and Nepean Air, like all the other people who have left reviews we have gone through the same excuses from Phillip. We have taken legal action against him to which it appears that he does not care. This man is a SCAM ARTIST.
Stay away from this company – Stay away from this company, he is a scam. We payed Phil a deposit over 1,5 year ago and still havnt got the job done. He stopped answering his phone. After reading the other bad reviews here, I recognize all the same excuses that they got from him were the same he used for us too. Always someone sick that was in hospital. He has stopped answering our calls. We have contacted fair training and hipages and will take this further to try and get our deposit back.
STAY AWAY FROM NEPEAN AIR or Phillip Eagleston – STAY AWAY. I've had to take this company (Phillip Eagleston) to NCAT, NSW Local Court and now the NSW Sheriff to recoup all the money we paid for this joker to complete a ducted A/C install to which we constantly got the run around on why it kept getting delayed. Stay away from this business – After around $5000 deposit paid at Feb 2023,Nepean air ([Name Removed]) completely run away. No answering the call, no returning text message for about six months. Report them to NSW fair trading, the Fair Trading replied to us at August 2023 and said they didn’t have the license. After he got contacted, he used all sorts of reasons like sick, daughter in hospital, couldn’t get the spare parts for not to come to fix our air conditioner or refund our money. Now it is over a year, he not only not return my calls, but also block my number and we still didn't get our money back. Stay away from this guy [Name Removed], he is a big liar.
More in detail: 1. Call and text [Name Removed] on business hours he didn’t answer or return the call. Call him after hours, he said that is stressful and annoying. If he refunds my money, why I should waste my time and money to call him? Finally, he blocked my number and said that is on the advice of Police. How can the people trust and hire this kind of person to do the job?
2. Report Nepean Airs and [Name Removed] to Fair Trading NSW. Fair Trading replied and said they are unlicensed on 28/08/2023. [Name Removed] didn’t let me know about his licence has been suspended, and still hold on our job. By checking his licence on Service NSW site, I found that during the 2023 he has: (1). Tribunal Order $6930 issued 19/12/2023, Authority – NSW Civil and Adminitractive Trbunal. (2). Licence Suspension from 1/08/2023 (3). Tribunal Order $5770 issued 6/06/2023, Authority – NSW Civil and Adminitractive Trbunal.
3. Report the case to the Hipage where I hired him for doing the service. Nepean Air’s page on Hipage.com.au has been closed by Hipage Administration after conducted the investigation.
4. Report Nepean Airs and [Name Removed] to the police regarding their behaviours. No refund money is stealing. 5. Communication Records: • 5/10/2023: He said he’ll refund the money and never repair Temperzone Air Con • 19/10/2023: He said he will refund the money next Thursday. • 24/11/2023: He said he has been talking to his accountant and get back to me next Monday regarding the refund. • 4/12/2023: He asked if he could pay half first and the remaining on the following week. • He blocked my phone number and disappeared. Now he said he’ll refund my money on 20/02/2024 by replying to my review on Google. Let’s do the counting and see how long he’ll refund the money.
