Great so far

Bought the linen Neptune Matt, delivery was quick, Matt smelt very chemically for about a week, however the Matt puffed up nicely and markings were almost gone the second day, very easy to clean so far, and great to lay on, people say they are falling apart quickly so will see how it holds up. Show details

Saggy and expensive

From when we got this mat we had to lightly iron it out to remove wrinkles and puff it up. We thought it was great after that for a bit- but never seemed to really puff up properly like described. Their warranty is only 1 year and they are very expensive (because it’s ‘sensory’) but now I wish I’d taken the time to complain sooner as it’s saggy and the top layer is not stuck down & it’s all saggy…Wouldn’t recommend this mat sadly Show details

Tears easily

Terrible customer service and sent the wrong colour

Received the wrong colour. Not response from the company to emails or phone calls (number just rings out). Finally got a response on Facebook messenger. They told me to wrap it in a garbage bag and take to Australia Post to return and they would then send out the right one. I rolled it up as best I could and wrapped in garbage bag, but when I got to Australia Post they told me they won’t pay anything larger than 120cm. Neptune Blanket would know all of this. But instead they wasted my time. No reponse to further contact I have made about what to do next.

Do not bother! Waste of money!

We’ve had our Mellow mat just over a year it has compressed in 70 percent of the mat leaving it wrinkled and uncomfortable to sit on, it’s unsafe for our children to play on our almost 2 year old trips constantly due to the wrinkles! After trying everything that Neptune Blanket has stated on their sight should re inflate the memory foam with no improvement! We will be throwing it away! Sent the wrong colour!

I have only just received my mat. I wish I read some reviews before I blew over $250 bucks. I ordered a beige mat and they have sent me light grey. When I emailed to tell them, they told me it was beige. I've requested a refund or for them to send me the correct colour and no reply!!! Their phone number just rings out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Read other reviews and you will see all the same storey including customers being ghosted. There is a Facebook group called taking neptune blanket to ACCC for a reason. Show details

False Advertising and Cheap Materials

We purchased a 2m x 2m dark blue mellow mat in April 2023....I am pretty much of the opinion that these are NOT as advertised and would not recommend. The memory foam starts off nice and soft but becomes thin with very little cushioning after very little use. Basically, they are made from a very poor quality memory foam, the company uses cheap materials but charges a price for quality materials. We would be better off with a piece of regular carpet. Do your self a favour and don't purchase this product. Show details

Has anyone else had static issues with their Mellow Mat?
I’ve noticed ever since putting in on our floor it holds soooo much static and when I vacuum the mat my cordless vacuum actually lets off like small static shocks and changes between low suction and high suction
