Great help – Thanks Nick - you went out of your way to help. Didn’t realise I had a major fault with my hard drive and Nick persevered despite my lack of computer skills and solved the problems.
Best in the biz! – Excellent service all round. Traded-in my broken old computers for better ones at a cut-rate price. Thanks Nick! Attached are specs from a refurbished 13" FHD Dell laptop (Win 10 Pro). Works a charm. Would've cost >$1,000 retail.
SNAFU WARNING SNAFU WARNING – Never ever ever ever use these hacks… 3 days of apparent tweaking of my Win11 PC ended up in an absolute total DISASTER. [Name Removed] at Nerdcore got so many good reviews that I relied on, but my sad experience gives credibility to the ACCC’s suggestion that company’s write their own reviews.
To say I’ve never hated & despised such incompetent fools this much would be an understatement!
On top of the $3,450.00 I paid Nerdcore.. I spent another $4,000.00 rectifying their screw-ups (and another 3 days of downtime).
No one should ever have to go through all the [Content Removed] these [Content Removed] put me though -> AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
Hopefully this posting will save others from the grief I was subjected to.

The issues have become unsurmountable.
Not only do I have to yet again reset up all my Outlook settings.. but Outlook isn’t even allowing me to enter appointments (& isn’t operating BUT shows BUSY in my iPad)… that’s after you left today to fix issues & that’s after you kindly came over on a public holiday.
I didn’t sign up for all this grief… [Name Removed] didn’t know what he was doing!! He has caused me so much grief (which I paid for) and I wasted 3 days of my time (& the emotional grief I went through over those 3 days).
I just wanted my PC fixed… I didn’t want the mess that your company has left my PC in, iPhone & iPad in & after the abortion of work, I would never allow your company to ever touch my PC, iPhone nor iPad ever again.
I can’t mentally can’t go through any more grief or time with your company… what should have been a simple job has turned into a financial & emotional catastrophe.
I will find another company to fix up all the mistakes & damage.

Didn't fix anything! – Nick, charged $250 and didn't fix computer! Buyer Beware! We requested a refund and said he was in QLD and would return 18 March 2023 and to date he hasn't bothered reaching out or returnig money of works he didn't do! Don't waste your time with someone who is false.

that same day and after trying for hours to fix this incredibly complex issue he even voluntarily took my computer back to the workshop and continued attempting to find a solution in his own time off the books. Nazeh is truly an asset to this company and I highly recommend their services if you want to be certain that your technical issue will be resolved, regardless of the complexity.
