seemed too complicated. Anyway I bought another box of cappuccino satchels from a different store and everything was ok until the next purchase when an average of 6 satchels had a different taste. I couldn't afford to just throw the bad ones away so I reluctantly drank them. Since then every packet I buy is the same, i.e. a few with a different taste. I truly believe Nescafe are knowingly mixing in satchels which are different, whether it be a different coffee bean or something else. I have now changed brands as the Nescafe cappuccino satchels taste is not consistent which is unfortunate. Maybe I'm wrong and my taste buds change sometimes but doubt it. Has anyone else noticed the inconsistency?

Very disappointing you removed the shaker and have put the prices up.It doesn't taste the same and has little to no froth.Disgusted that I have to buy the 26 packet of skim now because you don't make it in 10 packs any more.And the price continues to rise.Wont be buying it any more.

Vanishing – The froth is not there anymore on the Cappuccino now and sprinkling choc powerder makes it vanish. Someone somewhere did something and you have to catch them. No froth not worth the box. Show details

Nescafé removes choco shaker from cappuccino varieties – I have given only 2stars because I was so disappointed to find there is no choco shaker in the Nescafé Cappuccino boxes anymore. Same size 7g choc shaker in 26 pk as in a 10pk – I am surprised and disappointed that when purchasing the large 26 sachet pack of this product, the box contained only 1x 7g choc /topper shaker for 26 sachets. The exact same size shaker topper 7g is in the box that contains 10 sachets. I contacted Nestle to query this discrepancy, and I was amazed to be told that the 7g should be enough for 26… Read more

sachets as the amount needed per sachet is 0.2g. REALLY ? ...and they think this is a reasonable and acceptable answer ? Never heard anything so ridiculous in my life.

Excellent Blend – I prefer most of the flavours in Nescafé Cappuccino Sachets compared to their coffee jars. expensive than a jar, especially when on sale! The picture here is a pack of their older earlier ones. I’ve noticed with their recent cappuccino sachets, the taste and froth has been improved. Don’t hesitate to try them, I highly recommend!

Price has increased substantially, coffee taste non existent, with the increased price there is no chocolate shaker and very, very small print saying so. Also the last packet I purchased non of the sachets had the notches for tearing open. Never purchase again. Show details

This product has been gong down hill for some time. Firstly, it no longer frothes up. Then the choc shaker contained less choc and would not last for the 10 sachets. Now the shaker has disappeared altogether. And the price has increased. Very poor. And simply lousy. Time to look for an alternative.

Dissatisfied – Nescafe Cappuchino is not frothing like it used too. Froth is disappearing as soon as chocolate is sprinkled on top. The picture on the front of the box is very deceiving as the froth isn't like it used to be (have been buying this brand for many years). quality of the coffee and froth being used and as a consumer I am so disappointed with the company for not informing consumers of this. I now have boxes that can't be used and would hope that a refund voucher would be issued.

daily staple. We’re discerning enough to detect even subtle changes, and it’s insulting to assume otherwise. Transparency is not just expected but owed. If I had been informed of the change, I certainly wouldn’t have invested in three unusable boxes that I’ll now be disposing of. Now, I’m left with a bitter taste—both from the coffee and the experience. I’ll be looking for a new brand immediately, and if Nescafe’s recent overhaul is any indicator, I doubt I’ll be the only one.

Agreed - Taste Has Changed, Plus An Undesired Effect – I totally agree with other reviewers that the taste has changed and the "head" isnt as creamy as it used to be, plus it goes flat rather quickly. It never used to be like that and I have been drinking it for quite a few years now. The undesirable effect this coffee now has on me is to take me off to the loo directly after drinking it as it acts like a laxative. Weird. Show details

I’m not sure how the old version tasted but this is from the new updated (2023, March) Nescafé Cappuccino skim milk box I got from Coles. I tried 4 servings from the box and all same - have an off taste, like a bitter chemical. I had to sweeten it as much as I could with some caramel syrup but I can still taste it there… Read more

Too horrible to drink – To be honest I don't recall which coffee flavor I hated so much: it was undrinkable but I recall it was the orange & white tube "Creamy & frothy" [Cappuccino quite likely] range. As stated it tasted of no coffee, super sweet and nasty: couldn't drink it; had to toss it each time I made a cup.
