I will never buy these again. I used to have them everyday, they were a beautiful rich chocolatey coffee flavour. I bought a few boxes last week thinking ill start drinking them again. The last drop in the cup used to be a typical sludgy cocoa mix, now it's nothing. They taste and smell like chemical with only a hint of chocolate, very watered down, they smell just like the vanilla latte sachets. Ghastly. Show details

Why do you keep lying? – One month ago you said... "When it appears on shelf may vary from store to store, however all 10 and 26 packs with a best before date of JUL 2022 and beyond will be the adjusted recipe." Wrong. This package says use before August 2022 and there is no change for the better. I feel quite stupid for believing you and once again wasting my money.

aware there was a problem and that consumers were complaining. Clearly this is not so as evident from the consumer remarks on this page. One large pack was returned to Coles Warringah Mall and all they did was throw it in the bin. Disappointed they didn't return it to Nestle. Until I can be definitely assured the Mocha is back to it's original recipie you have lost my custom.

Addicted – Absolutely addicted to mocha, from Nescafé. I turn very irritated with out it. Now resorting to buying the larger box and it doesn't last long. It's creamy and has the great froth that you get from a cafe made coffee.

Deliciously simple! – We've just come back from our honeymoon. Fortunately, we had packed our Nescafe Mocha and Cappuccino sachets to take with us, which made a deliciously simple coffee fix whilst we were camping with limited suppliers. They were perfect for sitting on the beach and relaxing whilst watching the waves with a hot cuppa! The mocha is our favourite!

Bring back the old Mocha – I noticed last year that there was a change in the Mocha satchets with a use by date from Jan 2022. After reading all the other complaints I was hoping you had fixed the problem with the taste and distinct lack of froth. I refuse to buy them any more which a shame. I definitely detect a change in my mocha. And it's not the ugly brown satchets – I read you say you haven't changed it. I've drunk them for years. Something is definitely different. Tastes awful and smells awful. I have been drinking 3 boxes a week for years, recipe changed and not nice – Coffee smells funny, tastes different (not nice). If something is not broken, why fix it!! Dont waste your money – Cheap chocolate and burnt coffee mixed into a watery beverage. It really really did use to be soo good and frothy but that's all gone now. Dont recommend buying this.

real person, gave all details required, was assured I’d be contacted within 48 hrs. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. Customer service is as bad as the taste of the new mochas! Nescafé keep saying the problem is being fixed, but no timeline given. Why not just recall the “faulty” batches and start again?

Bring back the old trusted Mocha! – The new Mocha is watery and has way less froth than the old Mocha. The old Mocha was smooth, sweet and more frothy than the latest version. This reminds me of Coke when they tried to replace the old Coke with the new coke back in the 80’s. Please don’t repeat the same mistake.

Why's the mocha different in taste and texture? – I love this mocha and buy it over the similar Greggs product. I just bought a new box from Countdown in New Zealand (this was a value pack that has new packaging to previous value packs). It tastes quite different and not in a good way. Also, the mouth feel is thin and the froth is thinner too. (I thought maybe a 'lite' version had been put out but it isn't.) Will be reconsidering whether the Greggs product is better than this.

Tastes Horrible..UPDATE: KUDOS to Nescafe for listening & making some improvements... but still the original GR8 taste – The taste is absolutely terrible. The ingredients have changed. A bad batch of ingredients in the supply chain (as Nestle repeatedly claim) which cannot be traced or sorted in more than 6 months is simply spin. quality issue of the new formula, is the introduction of new packaging and artwork meant to help us forget the previous (great) mocha product? Do loyal customers matter anymore?????????
