Hi I have had my Nespresso milk frother just under 2 weeks and it’s stopped heating the milk I’m so disappointed ☺️

Oh no but it’s under warranty and they’ll replace it. They’ll send you a new one and then you send back the broken one in same box. All at their expense but at your inconvenience. After 3 replacements, we’re now using a Kmart one! Works well but is tinny in design for $30. Good luck!

I have a Nespresso Milk Frother ( Warmer ) I use Paulls Smarter White and the first cup is frothed really well . When i try the second cup shortly after then is very little froth .Your help would be appreciated.

My Nespresso milk frother has stopped frothing, it heats and spins but does not froth my milk. Help!! It’s only 3 week old, received for Christmas.

The milk frother needs to be cleaned after every use - preferably using the frother cleaner or warm water. Otherwise the milk residue will block the tube, etc. My frother parts can be pull apart to be cleaned. Perhaps clean the part including the tube and try. Otherwise, call the helpline - they are actually helpful. I hope this helps.
