repair, and so we wait for who knows how long. Never again would we buy Breville. The de Longhi machine lasted 10 years.

 Follow-up  · Now on the 3rd machine. From other reviews it appears the steam wand issue is not just ours. We also had a descale freeze and machine wouldn’t do anything. Took 3 weeks to fix from their repairs in Brisbane. Would we buy Nespresso ever again - never!

This worked well for just under two years . The milk frother continually wants to be cleaned , even tho you have done it about 10 times. Only fix is to do a factory reset . Company says there is no fault , but my son has the same problem and if you do a google review , so do so many others . Show details

 Follow-up  · My machine was regularly descaled , I only use filtered water as well . The machine has an electronic fault , usually you have to do the clean nossle process over 10 times & then do a factory reset to get it to make a cup of coffee. I'm not the only one, my don has the same problems along with lots of others .

Nespresso have been terrible to deal with. I only had the machine for 6 months and it leaked everywhere, sent it off to Nespresso and they repaired it, now nearly 12 months later same issue. Have sent it off again for repair and have to wait a couple of weeks for diagnosis. They told me they will not replace it. Show details

The machine stopped working after a year...we contacted the call center, they gave us an address to send it. Then we did...and weeks of no news no updates? When we call nobody knows...thats how disgusting their service is. If you will buy a machine, buy it from somewhere with proper service. Show details

Nice coffee, shame about the repair process – I absolutely LOVE the coffee it produces - but the service when something goes wrong is awful. Had ongoing issues around constantly requiring never ending descaling, and each time I felt like I was palmed from one person/company to another. Nespresso said go to Breville, Breville said go to Nespresso. It's still sitting in my garage waiting to be posted off, I gave up and bought a new machine.

Dont buy any of the Creatista Range~ – Purchased this machine 12 months ago and now have the dreaded descaling issue that has been raised by other users! I have descaled the machine 4 times and it now stuck on this cycle. Works great when it works! - but terrible service from Nespresso - they ask you to send it to them - so you can be without a machine for 2 weeks - and then hope… Read more

Let down by Nespresso – Was a great machine until it started leaking water under machine. Has been returned for repair 3 times but not fixed. have been a customer of Nespresso for over 15years having several of their machines over the years. This is the most expensive I have ever bought but very disappointed with Nespresso they have never offered to exchange it.
