Wait for them to come on sale at Coles (they recently had them at 5 for $5) Only around 100 calories per cup and low carb Strawberry Sundae is my favourite followed by Mint Choc Chip. Didn't like the Old English Toffee flavour Costly at regular prices

Good – These are really tasty cool cups of low fat ice cream treats. They have been coming on sale in the supermarkets recently, you save a bit of money on multiple buys. This way, you can try other flavours too. My mum likes the strawberry. Overall, this is a great low calorie treat that I enjoy having on a hot day. I would not suggest to have these all the time, as with any food, moderation would be the key. These are yummy ice cream treats. My favourite is the Choc Mint which I have in the freezer right now. These are no added sugar ice cream treats. Since these dont have any sugar in them, they have artificial sweeteners in them, so that's a bit of a concern, but I guess that would be if you really have a lot over a long period of time. I have to say that they don't taste like ice cream, but then a lot of real ice creams havent really tasted like ice cream either.
