I found this router quite reliable and meets my needs – I have used this router for a number of years and it has worked with no problems at all. I have two laptops and a desktop plus an iPad in different parts of the house, and each have connected without problems. The signal is not so strong upstairs, so I have ordered a wifi extender to strengthen that signal.

Rubbish – I bought my N150 with TPG contract. Within a few months "the rubbish" broke down three times. It had multiple issues and it has been replaced on a warranty. The new one broke down straight away. Wireless doesn't work at all. Warranty has gone so I use it with a cable. Still have issues with connecting with the internet. Hopeless product. Do not recommend to anyone. Multiple issues

Bad product – I paid for this $134 from TPG. And it doesn't turn on the main switch after 1year 2month! which is no warranty. This is like toy which designed easy to broken and overprice. We have to buy new one on same TPG contract. This is horrible experience. Please do not buy.

Does excacly what it says it does – I bought this router from JB HI-FI for $79.00 so that i could use my prepaid 4G USB as a connection to the internet for my PS3. It does the job and I got higher speeds than 3G, about double. It operates on the 4G network where i am with about 35Mbps down and 25Mbps up on my laptop, and on my PS3 I get 7Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. I dont know why that is different, but its double what i used to get on 3G. I get the same speed on my laptop when i plug the 4G USB into the USB port and use the connection manager instead of the wireless router connection. I used (Speedtest.net) for my tests as shown in Issue 2 'Techlife', August. It was easy to set up, just follw the directions. Also I can move it around the house to get the best signal and even pick up 100% signal through plaster bedroom wall, and keep connected without dropping out. Inexpensive and did what it said it would. Very fast on my laptop and great strong connection even from next room. Only thing was, I was hoping for faster speed for my PS3, don't know why, maybe need an update for 4G.

Worked ok for about 6 months but regularly loses ADSL and drops out. Rebooting (power off and on) gets it back up again, can be frustrating, especially when in the middle of uploading work.

Had been a Netcomm user for many many years, might be time to look elsewhere, their products just don't seem to last the distance of be quite as reliable as they lead you to believe.

This is a joke of a product from a terrible company – Bought this modem July 2011 and it was working perfectly for about 7 months. However, after this period of time the modem began working at a very high temperature. Within 30 mins of use it becomes scalding hot. I've tried placing the modem upside down and on angles to allow hot air to vent out but we still need to reset the modem every few hours or so. It's incredibly frustrating that it doesn't work; but what makes the situation worse is the fact that netcomm staff are seemingly non-existent an impossible to get to. The warranty is basically useless.

Never purchasing from netcomm again. When it is working its very fast. Overheating issues, Internet drops Out after a few hours of light use, constantly needs to be reset
