Good, but still not flawless – Hi all, i bought this device from Umart early last week, and i too have experienced the same lockups as the other reviewer, using a ZTE MF688, and yes it gets quite warm. I also tested it with a HUAWEI E1762 which worked well, however provides abit less speed than the MF 688. Its quite and easy to set up, great performance when its not locked up... Restarts pretty quick. It locks up around 4-7 times a day, apart from that there are no other cons

Good solution for getting WIFI from your USB Modem – I use Telstra 3g wireless with an Ultimate USB plug in Modem. Works fine, but if I wanted to share it with my IPad and iPhone it was a case of setting up an ad-hoc wireless network from my Laptop. The ad-hoc WIFI was very unreliable , and never really worked for the iPhone. This Netgear Router allows me to plug the Telstra USB Ultimate into it and create a WIFI Network for all my devices. Good fast turn on. Strong signal throughout the house. Tends to stop working after about one hour of use, I'm thinking that there may be an overheating issue as the router and USB modem get fairly hot just before it stops working. 240 volt only , unlike some of the latest competitors that have rechargeable batteries, but of course this could be a PRO if you don't like charging batteries.
