False freight costs – Supplier advised extra costs were applicable to send the ordered goods ($29 to $75.55). Neue provided a screen shot of the new freight costs and the explanation that the website was basis for the lower weight tree ... funny I ordered the smallest tree, so there should of been no increase for postage. The website still shows $29 as freight cost to our postcode, however the cost of the single item has increase by $50 in 4 days.

Shocking service – After being short delivered and emailing numerous times for the item, they finally let me know they had no further stock. Now I am waiting(given up) for a refund after emailing again numerous times, with no luck. I will never order from them again and should have read these reviews before ever purchasing.

212 days since order – Order has part arrived, yes one item was “pre order” but surely that isn’t 212 days. They first misplaced the item, now it has been sent weeks ago and not arrived? had gone missing - a few weeks later I chased up again - they advised their monogram machine was broken and would I like a plain glass…to which I obviously replied no and asked for a refund - was told (eventually) I’d get the refund by the end of the week (this was in may) - I emailed again asking to confirm when the refund would be given as it was past the week they said it would be done…no answer - I emailed again advising I was so disappointed in the service and asked again for the refund - I received the refund today (July) 4 months of my chasing and their terrible customer service has been so incredibly frustrating. If you’re wanting something for a special occasion like your wedding or a birthday - don’t bother!!

Terrible service. Poor communication – I wish I had checked out this page before I ordered! Ordered product over a month ago and still waiting on refund. Poor communication throughout regarding delays and now that I am seeking a refund, the supplier has gone silent. Awful service.

Terrible quality, not what was advertised and items also not received-still chasing refund! – Items ordered in Jan 23, still not received by a March, followed up and told I would receive in the coming days. Worst company to deal with! Scammers – This company is horrible to deal with. I ordered a hat. It came with a faulty strap. I have sent five emails now trying to get a refund and have had the worst communication with them and still no result!!!! Would not recommend to anybody!!! Show details

They should not be operating, appalling service and dishonest company. Shame on you!!!

I have put pictures below, but this is less then disappointing.

Not only did I wait 2 months for this, I chased you every step of the way, and a refund wasn’t given when asked.

I thought your products may be good since you lack the customer service skills. Was I seriously wrong.

Not only have I wasted $91, it’s just another piece of crap to go into Aussie landfill.

I will be posting this review everywhere possibly can. You should be assumed.

Terrible communication – Company hadn’t shipped product. When asking a week later told me I was wrong and they had sent an email saying the last one of that product had been broken and I would have to wait 2 weeks at least for new products to come in. They had not sent an email regarding this and still it has been 4 weeks since ordering and still haven’t received anything.  Show details

I would have given them 0 – I purchased a number of products from this company and when i received them, they’re all faulty! They also look nothing like the pictures on the website. The response to my multiple emails and messages was like “oh sorry, can’t help!” just like mentioned by the other reviewers. Awful and ignorant customer service. I do not recommend this retailer. Wrong postage, wrong font, not as shown in image on site – I paid for express post but was sent parcel post. When I emailed them to rectify the email back was essentially 'omg soz!' with no offer to do anything about it or refund for the postage I paid extra for. When I finally got the item a month later the monogramming is the wrong font and colour and the sole of the slipper is about half as thick as shown on their site and squeaks when you walk. So many mistakes with order and awful customer service...avoid! – I purchased three items for my daughters birthday however after placing the order and paying for it, I was told it was not in stock. least, good customer service? When I challenged that they said that the item had arrived and would be sent that week. Two weeks later, no dispatch email came so I followed up again and their reply was that the item had not arrived yet (?!) and will again be dispatched this week. My items eventually arrived but one item was incorrect and they requested a photo which I promptly sent. I was then sent a returns label and I packaged the item up, stood in the long queue at the post office to be told that it is an old label which had already been lodged (luckily I took a picture of the post office screen, which I sent to them) but they disputed it. It has now been a week and I have not heard from them. Untrustworthy and incompetent, I will avoid this business in future.
