Neutrogena Hydro Boost Face Lotion SPF 50

I bought this thinking that a good brand like Neutrogena would give me no issues. I applied to my face and hands when on holidays in Vanuatu. It felt really lovely and moisturised my face and hands as well. I only used it one day when I knew I would be on a boat in the sun. A few days later, I noticed a very itchy rash developing on my top lip and back of my hands and fingers. It has taken over a week for the rash to dissipate, even though using antihistamines. I know it was the Neutrogena as nothing else was applied to my top lip.
