"New Formula" is unusable – The instructions explicitly state to "rub in" after spray on application. When rubbing in, this "New Formula" produces a gritty, bitty texture, like rolled up pieces of some gluey substance, which makes it unusable. The previous formula worked fine for me for years. [My review for this product was rejected on the neutrogena website]
