Revolting - DO NOT ORDER from this company – Horrible horrible horrible The picture and reality are 2 different things entirely . They are a China company NOT Melbourne. Dress I received a 5 year old could do better! Shapeless - extremely oversized - terrible material Straight in the bin as I didn’t realise 14 day return

Disappointed – Avoid this company, l bought a blouse from them online, thinking it was a Melbourne company, but soon found out it was sent from China. The blouse was $60.00 a lot for a pensioner, the colour was nowhere near as to what was advertised, the buttons were in the wrong place to hide the sewing mistakes and when l wanted a refund they just ignored me and didn't want me sending it back, so a big lesson learnt, hope no one else has to go through this, a disgrace, will never shop online again.

Avoid this company – I purchased a size 12 dress from Neva Melbourne. I did not want to order from overseas. With a name like that, you would expect the stock would be coming from Melbourne. The dress arrived 17 days later, all the way from China. Far too late to wear to the intended occasion. The dress is enormous & more likely a size 14 plus. I contacted Neva Melbourne to ask for a their address (to return the item) & I asked for a refund. After contacting the company for the 4th time, (still no address) & sending them the photos of the dress they asked for, they have ceased contact with me altogether. I placed a true size 12 over the top of the dress & you can see, it's quite a bit larger.
