A quality caravan – We have had the van for 3 years and travelled on quality roads and rugged roads as well. These are a truly well built van. Heaps of storage and water capacity. A luxurious van with an ensuite that is amazing. Show details

Absolutely fabulous – Bought the Jewel second hand 3 years ago. What a very well put together van this is. Cupboards and drawers are good quality and more storage than we can use. The layout is fantastic with plenty of room in the shower and ensuite. The bed is very comfortable. Love the hatches that open up fully for great airflow. Lighting is amazing with Led… Read more

throughout. Very good to tow. The simplicity suspension maintains a very stable ride in all weather. Have taken the van up to Arkaroola on hundreds of km of corrugated road and did not have an issue. Only had very minimal dust ingress. The inbuilt bbq is fantastic. Love the centre door. The front boot and the side storage hatch are fantastic and dust and waterproof. The New Age vans are very well respected. There is a New Age owners group called the N A Tribe. Tribe events are held all over the country. The service centres around Australia are alway very accomodating. Overall I would be only nit picking if I said there was anything I don’t like.

A delight to travel in and camp but dining space awful – We've done some huge trips and generally had trouble free experience. Easy towing and always use the sway bars. A broken connection on the hot water service flooded the entire van but a 'neighbour' at the park was quick to give us a replacement part so it seems it is a common thing for HWS not just NA. Love the layout, crisp clean lines and… Read more

everything opens and shuts as it should but I agree with other comments that we'd like to be able to have dining window AND the door open ...perhaps an extender for the catch? Dining booth seating is an overstuffed disaster and we are looking for someone to re-upholster them. Bed is comfy and storage amazing

Not a good impression – 11/2015 table v/ unstable, sliding door not installed correctly, broken fresh water filter, draws fall open, satilte not wired up correctly, leaks in shower, cracks in shower cubical, microwave 300mm from floor, seating needed to be reupholsted, blinds would not raise. PD checking left much to be desired.  Show details

FIVE YEARS OF PERFECTION – Have done about 60,000 Klm. We love our layout and enjoy views with European blinds and no curtains. The Simplicity suspension does the job for all road surfaces. Tows extremely well. We had one leak in cupboard when connected to mains water. OZONE PROTECT IS A MUST. We are always getting compliments from other travellers on how new our van… Read more

looks. Outback red dust just washes off. We haven't room on our block for it to be shedded. Wouldn't change a thing.

No trouble with drawers or any cupboard doors. Lots of storage and cupboard space.

We had a diesel heater installed. A must for off-road winter camping.

A Gem of a van – 2012 model, Done 58,000 kms now and going well. Main circuit breaker needs to be bigger amperage as often trips when washing machine running. Would have liked the window RHS of door to be smaller as can't secure door when window open. 3 way fridge awesome, plenty of storage. Great shower, nice and roomy, temp control easy to adjust under van rear.… Read more

Ex bbq, easy to stow. Great storage under bed. Good lighting. Tows extremely well on tar and gravel, simplicity suspension magic. We have altered our tow bar to include a generator box and took hand wind wheel of draw bar and replaced with 12v doc electric motor, so easy. Has 2 spare wheels on tow bar as well as full oven. Very satisfied with after sale support and servicing. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another one as they are a good van. Gordon Mod look, wipe down surfaces ex, fully insulated, great to tow
