We purchased the wrong breast pump from New Beginnings and tried to contact them to return it (within the required timeframe). So far we have submitted 3 x request forms, sent multiple emails and even tried to call via the phone number listed here on Facebook. No response at all. We now have the wrong breast pump and don’t know whether anyone is going to get back to us. Terrible customer service.
I ordered 3 maternity bras from this website, which did arrive in a timely manner however were the wrong size for me. I instigated a return via the return portal on the website and have since been ghosted for what has so far been two weeks. I have emailed, DM'd, used the website contact form and have had no reponse. I discourage others from shopping here in case you need any customer support, which is not available.
