arrived, he was courteous, conversational, friendly and extremely efficient. He was on a tight schedule but that didn’t impact on the high quality of service.
So, thanks to Dan the delivery side of things was a ‘5 star’ experience.
Under new management and did a fantastic job – We just had them complete a real complicated home removal for us from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. They were really fast, heaps of care taken and a lot cheaper than other quotes. Definitely recommend Show details

Very inconvenient – Very unreliable, Never using this transport again and never gonna use again this again.. and never gonna buy any product who use this transport company to deliver. The Best in the business – Reliable, and take time to take care of goods. I use Neway for a drop ship company and they are hands down the best in Aus. A shame they do not deliver all over Aus. Show details
Great transport company – I ordered a bed online and Neways were responsible for transporting it to me. David and the team were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Horrible Service And Rude Staff! – The staff at Neway Transport in Sydney are very rude and unhelpful. The person I spoke to was not friendly and spoke to me very rudely. He did not care about my delivery and ended up yelling at me! I do not recommend using Neway Transport Sydney. Show details
Terrible Service – We used this company as we often get deliveries from them. They arrived for the collection without any tools to move the packages. They then called and said they would have to charge more money for the collection to have extra guys come to the site. conversation I was called '[name removed]' multiple times - the approach was very casual. Since this set off alarm bells I called in on the day of the delivery to confirm it and was assured the item was coming today by 12pm. I was told I would be called if it was going to be much later. At 1.20pm I call to find out what is happening and my call is cut off on when I am being put on hold. I wait and don't hear back so call again. I am told they need to call driver then says she doesn’t know which driver it’s with or where it is and she’ll call me back. I confirm my number. No call. I call and no answer. I call again hours later and am told it didn't make it onto the truck today and she had no way of knowing this after it was scheduled. There is blame shifting and an inability to take responsibility. I explained to her that as the customer service rep assuring me the item is on board for delivery, it is her responsibility to ensure the information she is giving me is correct. She apologises but says there is nothing she can do - is going to call me back after she investigates - sure. I have wasted a whole day waiting for this delivery which is overdue.
Updated: Finally in the late afternoon a manager called me and explained that they couldn't find the item in the morning so it wasn't loaded. They had located it and were going to deliver it soon. I was expecting him to say it was going to be he following day so that was good. It came soon after and though the driver was trying to deliver it across the road when I signalled him and he eventually got the job done it was all fine - just very late. If things go wrong people understand if there is good communication and an attempt put things right. Getting the run around is the worst.

Excellent Service! – Ordered some new Furniture. Received a phone call two days in advance to arrange a delivery time. They also called me half an hour before they arrived, which gave me time to travel home and sign for it. Take no responsibility for breakages and shoddy delivery and customer service – Being a disability pensioner with limited mobility purchased a mirror from Melbourne. When delivered by Neway to Nambour Qld it was leaned against the wall and my partner was given the cartnote and the driver abrupty left. After two months, 5 phonecalls and 17 emails including pictures there has been nil response from the company.
I often feel disconnected enough from community as is without being accorded the dignity of a response and would have preferred to give no stars as to me they haven't fulfilled any part of what a transport company is about. They delivered a clearly dropped mirror (it punctured the polystyrene and cardboard).
They delivered broken goods, the driver abandoned them and the cartnote and the company point blank refuses to communicate with me, even to disown their poor service. Wished I had have ordered from China direct again - no problem with them and think of the distance and possibilities?
