Just waited for nearly two months after being quoted to get a repair done only to be told on the day of repair that they couldn't do the job and it would have to be done by a builder despite it being quoted, inspected and accepted, already paid for the work, NOT HAPPY JAN

My experience with Newcastle Roofing was excellent from the initial quoting response right through to completion . Communication was great, the timing expectations set were all met. The crew were respectful of my property and polite at all times. Many people have admired the job since completion, even trades. I cannot speak too highly of their work. take your money and run – He gave me quote...i said yes paid 1900 deposit that he asked for then don't hear anything for 2 weeks then message me said he would be here 8 Saterday did'nt show then got a text saying he would not be going ahead with the work....and there would be no refund when he was the one to cancel not me

Great Job – Newcastle Roofing did an excellent job, on time and with few hassles (not of their making). They went above the work that was initially quoted as the job eventually required more (slightly different extra) work than expected. Staff were polite, informative and efficient.

Roofence hop away with your cash – Had Roofence do my roof 18 months ago. The job was very patchy. They should have replaced broken tiles. They didn't. They should have cleaned gutters. They didn't. localy that offer a genuine gaurentee against fading )There tradesman are actually tradesman, The only point that we were concerned about was they were about $1500 more then some of the rogue type operaters (1 man band people we've had some bad experinces there), however they were't the most expensive either nearly $2500 cheaper then the most expensive, They were the only bussiness that could or would show addresses of jobs done over 10 years ago( which is how long most guarentees we were quoted for ) Our Experince was good with roofence and they were probably the most profesional people of any trades we have dealt with Quality Products Took a week after job completed to pay them , they wouldnt accept payment untill there inspector, inpected job for quality

Terrible roof restoration – Roofence Pty Ltd(Warners Bay) did restoration work that was well below standard. Did not replace tiles, but covered broken tiles with cement. Left gutterings full of sludge and downpipes disconnected. Promised to rectify, however three months on have not done so and will not return my calls. Expensive and bad workmanship and unreliable. Bad communication.
