Never thought we would buy a mattress online without trying first. After reading plenty of reviews we thought it was worth a try. 3 weeks and still no mattress – Terrible customer service. Still haven't received our mattress and it's been almost 3 weeks. Every time i've emailed they say that they don't have tracking and will have to contact the courier company to resolve. They stated they stressed the urgency of the order and said it would be prioritised but it's been a week since that was promised and still no mattress. Show details

You get what you pay for here – Cheap, but really not comfortable. Bought a mattress topper from Newentor as many people suggested in the hope to make it better. Improved the comfort a little, but still not great. Also, the mattress protector keeps slipping around on top of the mattress so needs to be pulled back to properly align every week or two. My recommendation: You spend a quarter of your life in your bed, do yourself a favour and buy a decent mattress. Show details

Too firm but perfect with topper – Mattress was firmer than our old one, a bit too firm for me being heavily pregnant. But we got a free topper as part of the sale and it was perfect! times but most nights were good! Personally I do think the mattress needs the topper to be comfortable. They also need to maybe add straps or something to the topper so that it can be strapped to the mattress as it moves away from the bed head as soon as you sit in bed etc. We are otherwise happy with the comfort of the two together

Super mattress! – Got the super king hybrid mattress a few months ago and its the best mattress we've ever had, hands down. It looks great, love the grey. And feels even better. We went with the firm one as we co sleep with our youngest, and it has helped me and my partner with our constant body aches and back pain.
