Newentor Hybrid Mattress

The mattress is not horrible but it’s not what I was expecting and not for me. I would like to get a refund as I am in my 110 night guarantee timeline. I have contacted them four times via email and called multiple times with no answer.

Purchased the Queen Hybrid Pro mattress 4 months ago and it is already being to sag in the middle. It was initially comfortable and firm. However, the thin foam cushion layers quickly squished down and can feel the springs/coils poke into my back and sides becoming very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this mattress and am very disappointed given the price paid. Show details

Never thought we would buy a mattress online without trying first. After reading plenty of reviews we thought it was worth a try. Starting with easy ordering, great communication, free on time delivery from NSW to WA was seamless. The mattress itself is every bit as comfortable as previous reviewers have stated. mattress. So we have fitted a lightly quilted protector under the Newenter Waterproof Mattress Protector and it is perfect for us. Pity about the overseas transaction fee but such is life hey! No evidence of sags or changed areas in the product after approx 6 weeks use. Happy to recommend the "Hydrid Mattress Pro" as a firm mattress purchase.

Salvos for them to arrange collection and find it quite frustrating that I can't be refunded for the mattress until the Salvos have collected it.

I was hoping for a conformable nights sleep since I've been on old mattress for the past 10 years. this mattress is below par as it's very hard in all the wrong places. i do not recommend it.

Recently purchased the mattress from Newentor Australia, shipped from Sydney to Brisbane. Then found payment has gone directly to China with international transaction fees charged for the transaction. This is clearly a Chinese company who are pretending to be Australian. paid for. The price was the lowest amongst other reputable brands. Delivery. Most other mattress in a box companies would have already delivered the product and I would have already slept on the mattress. My mattress is yet to leave the mattress company. So comparatively, the delivery time is slow. Website was easy to use.

This mattress is by far the most comfortable mattress we've ever bought. From the very first night's sleep, our Newentor mattress has been comfortable, supportive and breathable. Absolutely love this mattress! Was a bit sceptical at first as it's got springs, but it's actually super comfy. Back ache is gone and we ended up getting rid of the memory foam topper we had previously bought. Absolutely recommended! First night sleeping on it was amazing. Skeptical at first buying a mattress online, without testing. Comforting to know the 100+ nights guarantee sleep helped with the decision and being in the top 5 rated mattresses. I like firm mattresses, this certainly supports key areas and has the topper to have a bit of softness added. Feels like sleeping on a cloud. Easy to manoeuvre the bed in the box around the home rather than a full king size mattress around corners etc. The bed is very comfortable and I've been impressed with the quality, considering the price. Comfortable mattress so long as you dont sleep near the edge as there is very little side support. No good for sitting on the edge of this mattress for the same reason, so not ideal for getting in and out of bed.
