I bought their P959 headphones to replace my Bose Ultras that I burned up by accident. I only use them with my computer at home. But guess what, they will not pair properly with my computer and produce sound that cuts out about every 2-3 seconds making it impossible to listen to any music or broadcasts. The best way to describe the sound is to get a good pair of headphones and walk away until they start to cut out and you get that kind of choppy sound like they have to connect and reconnect all the time. I requested a refund back in February and have had to give them multiple responses to requests, even sending a recorded video of trying to play music while sitting at my computer that is less than 3 feet away. The latest request was for me to pair with my phone and tell them what computer I have. I refused to pair with my phone as I don't use them there. This was the latest request: ------------ To help us determine the next steps for your refund or replacement, could you please clarify a few details regarding the connection? Mobile Connection: Does the headset connect and function correctly when paired with a mobile phone? Computer Type: Are you attempting to connect the headset to a Desktop PC or a Laptop? Please note that these headphones are primarily designed for mobile Bluetooth connections. Desktop computers typically do not have the necessary built-in hardware to support this type of Bluetooth connection directly. For laptops, compatibility depends entirely on the specific model and its Bluetooth version; some laptops may not be compatible with the headset's pairing protocol. Once you confirm these details, we can verify if the unit is indeed defective or if it is a compatibility limitation with your computer. Thank you for your continued patience as we resolve this. ----------- What kind of a cop out it this? Bluetooth is bluetooth and manufacturers must adhere to the protocol standard. These headphones do not. Don't be sucked in by their marketing like I was. I refuse to lose this battle right now, but I fear the worst. They do make a classy paperweight on my desk...just what I need in a paperless society.

Update... I received the process for returning the headphones. They have to go back to China which will ultimately cost almost as much as I paid for them. Here is the process they sent me: Return Conditions: 1.You are responsible for all shipping costs, including the initial delivery cost and the return shipping cost to Hong Kong. 2.A 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund. 3.The return process takes approximately one month. 4.Return shipping costs are approximately £35. Please check with your local post office for exact rates. 5.You must provide tracking information. 6.The refund will be processed after we receive the item. 7.Please note: If the international package is held by customs and cannot be cleared, we will be unable to process any refund as we have not received the returned item. I checked rates and to track the package will cost at least$50 if not more. Add in the 15% handling fee and the original cost to ship them to me an I figure it will be at least 80-100 dollars. And my guess is that they will claim they are damaged as well. So, i will be keeping the headphones and hoping they work somewhere. Lesson learned about buying cheap sh** from China. Nexoria wins this one and I suggest putting them on your do not buy list.

Nexoria is a scam company pushing a very cheap substitute of headphones. You can do what I did and pay $239 and got a $50 set of Honoursacy Headphones. They are laughing all the way to the bank and refunds are impossible . Avoid like the plague!!

This Company are nothing but thieves, I paid $239 for supposedly the BEST Noise Cancelling Headphones and what I got was a pair of Headphones that DID not even have the capability to be Noise Cancelling, they sent me a pair that were worth $50 when I got in touch they just sent so much garbage that unfortunately I have lost my money they FLATLY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND, even though they are the ones in the WRONG. NEVER EVER EVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I don't want to even give them 1 star because they deserve -100

Follow-up  · I or anyone else are NEVER going to get any money from this very decietful Company. The list of things YOU have to do and PAY for to meet their requirements to get a REFUND are ridiculous and the money you have to pay comes out of your REFUND as well as you having to pay postage for them sending the WRONG ITEM, so by the time you have payed for everything there is NO MONEY LEFT. They sent me Headphones P90, I ordered P95, vast difference between the 2, the ones I wanted where suppose to be THE BEST NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONES ON THE MARKET, what I got was a set that don't even have the capability to be Noise Cancelling. So after 4 emails to try and get a refund for their mistake I am still out of pocket $239 and all I have is a set worth $50 and useless, I googled the ones I got and that is all they are worth because they are just headphones. If I was able to give them a negative rating it would be -100, they are just ripping people off, I found reviews later on and NOT 1 PERSON WHO HAS DELT WITH THEM HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEY ORDERED, it TRUELY is DISGUSTING how many people they have scammed.
