Terrific Customer service – I had pre-ordered two phones with Next Mobile but managed to get them earlier locally here in Melbourne. Staff were friendly and prompt with refunding my pre-order deposit and cancelling the order. Due to insufficient supply by the manufacturer they were facing issues fulfilling demand. Good – Was alot cheaper than phone shops, fast delivery and good customer service I chose the wrong handsfree by accident and they were happy for me to exhange they also send me a fefund for the balnce (the one i swaped it for was cheaper) phones and handsfree arrived in great condition. Fast delivery, good price and good customer service. so far I have not had any bad experiences with next mobile
