Initially, I made the mistake of buying from this unscrupulous eBay store. Of course, I hope to receive a positive experience each and every time I buy on eBay. But, that is not always the case. The problem was, that I'd returned a garment that didn't fit correctly. But, when the item was delivered, I was forced to keep chasing up this particular trader for my refund. Even then, they kept dragging it out, i.e. wanting the tracking details, of which I provided. Still, the back-and-forth messages kept coming without a refund. After a lengthy session of unnecessary messaging, they finally gave up and agreed, but not without making some catty remark. Next day, the refund was there, but only a partial refund, not the full amount. So, I had to go through eBay to obtain the rest of it. They also had the audacity to have the negative feedback I left them removed, and there was nothing in the feedback that went against eBay policy. I found out, it was wrongly removed simply because some bleeding heart eBay agent favoured the seller over it. These types of sellers you want to avoid. They're shifty, underhanded and take no responsibility for their wrongdoings. So, remember the name and let them be. They are just, no good.
