Ground level extension - fantastic experience – Nexus did an amazing job on our ground level extension from a 2x1 to a 4x2 house. We could not recommend Nexus more highly from start to finish in the building process. As first time builders it was quite a daunting process and Matt and Wayne walked us through every step which gave us confidence in our decisions. Highlights from our experience with Nexus were: personalised support throughout the process to ensure the end product exceeded our expectations, they were incredibly accommodating of our young family - we lived on site during the build with a newborn baby and a toddler and the whole team were amazingly considerate of our circumstances, the Nexus Supervisors are amazing and look after all the day to day dealings with the various trades (if we had to do this ourselves it would be a full time, and very difficult job!), the trades that Nexus contract are all top quality and super friendly, and of course importantly they met our delivery schedule. We always had the feeling that Nexus wanted us to end up with our dream home at the end rather than rushing us through and cutting corners like many other builders. We can not thank them enough for our beautiful house.

Second storey master suite addition – Matt and the Nexus Home Improvements team did a great job on our recent 2nd storey master suite addition. The delivery team, lead by Jeremy, were excellent as were all the trades that worked on our job - we can't thank them enough for all their care and attention to detail. The addition blends in with the original home and looks like it has always been there.

From signup to completion was only 10 months and we couldn't recommend them highly enough, it was a pleasure from start to finish.

Would we use Nexus again? Absolutely – We extended our home adding a second storey, which included 4 bedrooms a bathroom and living area. The main appeal of using Nexus was that the majority of the building work was done off site, considerably reducing time on site and therefore disruption to our family. It was great not to have to move out of our home and exciting to see our house transformed as we watched the second storey lowered on.

The Nexus team were so helpful, professional and polite. They went out of their way to ensure a smooth and extremely efficient building process.

Ground floor renovation we cannot fault – It has been nearly two years since we returned to our newly renovated home and we couldn't be happier. We did a ground floor extension to our 1940's house in Bayswater and Nexus did a great job keeping the style and feel of the home we loved, while adding the additional space and style our young family wanted. Everyone at the Nexus group was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process, from the sales and contracts stage to interior design and variations. They listened to what we wanted and delivered a great family home!
