Great help – The Nikon product is probably similar to most any mass produced item however the service that is offered by Nikon Australia located in Sydney is outstanding. I’ve called them on many occasions requiring information and or help with regards to one of their products and they bend over backwards often ringing me back as I attach the phone number to my emails to them giving information that is 2nd to none!!

No after sales service – Bought over $10,000 of Nikon equipment. Some failed, some worked. Keep getting the runaround from their customer service. Nikon Australia say I must go through Nikon USA. Nikon USA do not give me an address/help to return the faulty goods. Terrible.
