Straight SCAM – The one thing I’ve learned about this is that if you can’t access reviews on the actual website that’s the biggest red flag that says the site can’t be trusted. Just like all of you, I got taken in April 2023 and decided to contact Nnelles tonight and they still came up with apologies and accuses, stand by follow up. I never received the product order and the actual company started blaming the logistics company for the area. After which time they claim that they also will be taking a lost by offer me a partial refund. Once I mentioned that I was not in agreement with a partial refund after they had received full payment and that I would be contacting the American Attorney General’s office. I no longer heard back from them. Whatever you do take my advice, Be smart and don’t support Nnelles by buying anything from them.

Scam never received my order – .I never received my order ..this place is a scam.

Love the prices love the clothes, but hate the service. What service – Haven’t received anything from them needed those clothes for my cruise in July never got it was getting messages back-and-forth from them right now. I just want my money back. They tell me that it was delivered to the post office. Those numbers that they gave me no no they need to do better with shipping out items then I told them send it UPS sent a DLDHL whatever it’s called I pay for it no respond and I’m angry and I want my money Back.

Parcel never delivered – I ordered one parcel containing 2 outfits and 3 dresses. I tracked my initial order which said it had been delivered - it was never received. The second time the order was resent and I have just tracked it once again - the tracking details state it has been delivered which it has not. This is the second time.

SCAM PLEASE DON'T SEND MONEY – NNELLES.COM IS TOTALLY 100% SCAM SCAM I placed two orders for clothes, footwear and bags totally $450.00. Received tracking number and when package arrived it was one cheap fake ring. Then comes the runaround trying to get your money back. So wrong. The same thing happened to four orders I placed with LINSETS. COM, receiving the same plastic ring. Still trying to get money back there too.
