No Frills Cameras

Just be aware of the policy if they send the wrong item – I was sent a wrong item by mistake(sellers mistake - This is the ebay store). They contacted me and said sorry they would get the camera to me ASAP until i found out their policy is to not send the correct item until they receive the item back and then need 3 days grace period after that. and them sending approx a $200 printer. I just found this unacceptable - Their communication was fairly good until i asked for a refund then i had to find a phone number.

Exactly what the name says "No Frills" – Have purchased three items from "No Frills Cameras" at the ebay store, perfect each time, do reside in a rural area, all items posted within 24 hours , very fast delivery, finally a company on ebay that says it's posted the item, really does post the item, rather than just create a shipping label and say its posted, they are also pretty competitive on price.

NIKON staff said in a tentative voice "the problem with buying from ebay is you don't know if you have bought from a reputable seller".

So I quoted the seller to him and he said we know nofrillscameras well. So i called the company directly and told them my issue, they were going to send me a fresh battery first, so i oculd see if that was the problem, then I borrowed a fresh battery from a friend and determined the battery was not the problem. Recalled NFC and

NFC sent me a return label, perfect timing.

I sent the camera back and they sent me another one which works fine to this day.

Can I complain? Nope. Service was excellent and kind, hassles cleared and the camera is brilliant, this thing takes 11mg photos which is a huge upgrade from my previous CANON which took 3 meg photos.

Im going to this company again if I want another camera.

Fantastic after sales service – I had a issue with a Panasonic TZ-90 camera. After contacting Dean he bent over backwards to resolve my issue. He answered every email promptly and replaced my faulty camera. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again

Great experience – I purchased a Garmin 350LM which turned out to be a piece of junk. I documented and photographed all of the defects. I returned the unit with a comprehensive letter detailing the defects. They did not want to argue with or ignore me. Based on my excellent dealings with this company in the past, I had no hesitation in purchasing another GPS from again. Delivery was made a day earlier than estimated. Product is great. I highly recommend this company.

Be prepared for this one if you decide to do business in any way at any time. You haven't paid to go to the bullfighting ring today, but the admission is complimentary upon doing any business with this entity. Great supplier - very happy – This company is a subsiduary of Ryda Electronics who I've ordered from many times before. Happy to say that my past experience with Ryda held true for No Frills Cameras also. Bought a pair of Bushnell Fusion 1600 Rangefinder binoculars and had them delivered in 8 days - right in line with the estimate provided by the phone rep at time of sale. Great prices and efficient service.

Garmin Montana 650T GPS – Just bought a Garmin Montana 650T GPS from No Frills. Ordered pm day1, unit was delivered am next day - incredible. Had a minor issue with the screen on the unit.
