TERRIBLE! DAMAGED 2 trees and refused to take responsibility – The driver severely damaged 2 trees on my property, breaking off 5-7 m long branches, piling them over the fence. Then no-one picked up the phone for 2 days. I sent multiple emails and when I finally got someone on the phone the said they didn't get them, even though I got no failure messages, my email said they were delivered and I used the correct address, the guy confirmed it. They offered no help whatsoever. The driver also did not apologise when he did it.

Wow does service like that still exist – Rang up in the afternoon to get a fence delivered from Sydney to casino. Recieved a call next morning to say I could come and collect my fence. Could not believe it.So easy great staff.

The best freight Company in NSW North Coast Freight Service 10 Stars Plus – I had problems with getting an item picked up. The particular company I used wasted my time, nearly 2 weeks, with all sorts of excuses. The company I initially used 'had no contact phone "email only". I phoned their Sister company that trades under a different name and was fobbed off by a lazy horrid person who's attitude was, "How dare I call them and it’s not their problem" even though they looked up the consignment number. I told them that I have sent several emails over nearly 2 weeks with no reply and was told "no wonder you have not received a reply, because you are annoying them" Then they hung up on me, "REALLY" So I rang North Coast Freight Service and they bent over backwards to help me. Not to mention the person I spoke to was more than polite. It was a pleasure to speak to a real person who had such good well-wishing energy, she brightened my week not my day. My item was picked up before I even paid. It was really refreshing to speak to real people, not face-less drones or call centres, or by Chat or Email only. I highly recommend North Coast Freight Service. I rate them 10 Stars out of Ten Stars
