I purchased four (4) of the Northcote Pottery planter troughs [black] through Bunnings. One arrived damaged with chips out of the top rim. Along with that the black coating is not uniform with each trough a different shade. My opinion, don't buy from Northcote Pottery unless you visit their outlet and sight the product. From what I've been reading, their customer service is terrible. Should have read this prior to buying.
Quite disappointed after I enquired about their water feature parts. Only to get told they don’t do parts, so if a part breaks, might as well throw it away. What a waste of money.

store they are all pretty uniform. I sent pictures. They suggested it might be the soil affecting it and I needed to clean the pot (which I did), then seal it (I have no soil in the pots, I told them, and why are only some of these pots high maintenance, anyway?). They said they would take it as feedback.
Poor product – Purchased 3 of white planter pots to find that they have leeched out a continuous brown stain from soil line of pot so they now look yuk Contacted Norcote pottery and was told pots have not been sealed and i was told you will need to unplant wash and seal to correct issue . Not happy at all
Terrible Customer Service – Purchased a Mailbox which was damaged, I got in touch with the supplier as the store had run out of that color and asked them if they can change the damaged lock cover. their mailboxes create cracks and not worth the money, I was stuck with my choice and didnt want to waste time any further so I kept the mailbox but I wont ever buy from them again. STAY AWAY, i also complained to bunnings abiout their terrible supplier experience.
