I’ve used this business a long time mostly because it’s convenient, with the service usually acceptable rather than great. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I simply booked my motorcycle in for a diagnostic, but the service attendant was unnecessarily tense and combative. Without reason was snappy and defensive, and I worked hard to de-escalate and navigate towards calming the conversation. I stopped speaking and noted his elevated breathing and hands trembling. Perhaps he was just having a bad day but it was decidedly unprofessional.

There are other motorcycle businesses further away from me that provide much better service. I have no issue with their quality of work, albeit more on the expensive side.

I was in the market for a new motorcycle. I had pretty much decided on a Triumph 400 Scrambler. The nearest dealer was Northside Motorcycles at Artarmon, NSW. I received friendly service and follow up throughout my dealings with the staff there. They're were really helpful and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I got a great deal on the bike I wanted, in the colour I wanted. It took only a few days to be delivered from the factory and I had my new bike within a week of my first visit. They've got new and used bikes so I can recommend this dealer to anyone who likes friendly and sincere service.
