provide sympathy and then get your your personal details, I kept saying how I am fully insured on my RAC policy and if they could confirm but they avoid answering directly saying because it's not my fault I wont be charged etc don't trust this company. It was only when I spoke with the autoshop when they wanted to confirm my insurance and I advised it was arranged with RAC, the lovely lady at the autoshop warned me to contact RAC immediately as Indigo and Compass had intercepted my call (via the Google search). I contacted RAC and they confirmed that I had never spoken to them. When I contacted Indigo it was clear that it was all a scam I have sent them an email and I will be putting a complaint to DEPT of Consumer Protection.

This is how you do Customer Experience properly – Called and had a car that matched my own car that was in for repairs due to an accident, this was done in the same day, whereas my large insurance company couldn’t be bothered to fulfil their obligations under our contract. GREAT COMPANY , HAD ME IN A CAR THE SAME DAY – Had a accident and Not at Fault got me going until my car was repaired and dropped it back to the repair shop at no cost to me . Great service will tell my mates .

Don't say everything – I haven't pay for the car. They arranged everything for me and it was a good job but I used the car through a toll and called to pay and avoid late fees penalties. They said I wouldn't have because they would send me a bill for that. At the end, I received not a bill but an important penalties letter from the toll!

Big mistake using this company. Wish I had never used them – I had an accident in which I was not at fault and as my car was out of action and being a mother with 3 young kids I really needed to get a car quickly. good is this and I wondered what the catch was but I was assured all would be good. I went to collect the car 1hr later, the person was very nice, explained that we had to pay a week’s rental up front but they would chase the driver and his insurance to recover the cost. He said it won’t be a problem as he could see from our statement that it was not our fault. 6 days later I received a call from the same person, he said that they will be picking up the car today, I asked why as I had not received any calls that the claim was rejected, he said they had some computer issues and they were not following up my claim. I asked why not and he just kept repeating "when can I pick up the car" I asked again and all he would say is "when can I pick up the car in an aggressive tone" Would not give an explanation as to why they didn’t follow it up. As far as I am concerned they never even bothered or attempt to recover the money as they had promised. Fortunately we found another company called "Compass" that are living up to their claims. No upfront cost, constant feedback and communication and they delivered are car of our choice to my door step within 2 hours of them excepting my claim . I'll be giving this company a 5 stars rating.

Exceptional Service during stressful times – I recently had an unfortunate car accident in which was not my fault. I was referred to a company named "NOT AT FAULT" for which they immediately supplied me with a FREE replacement vehicle until mine was repaired. No limits, no hidden fees, no out of pocket expenses!!! Great guys that run the office and fast service! I recommend to anyone that has had an unfortunate "Not At Fault" accident!
