Appalling customer service – Appalling customer service, did not receive the replacement car as promised. Numerous calls and on-line requests unanswered for days. Calls to their 1800/1300 numbers are through a third party call centre, standard response is “we will leave them a message” Suggest you try another company. Do not use Not My Fault
Efficient, caring service - thank you Brandon!! – I was hit by a car and had never used this service before but it was recommended by a family member and it did not disappoint! Service is TERRIBLE – Advised vehicle would be delivered in 30 minutes- called back after one hour and was told they will be there in 10 minutes - waited over two hours For the return, I was advised at 12pm the vehicle would be collected at 3pm, I called at 4.15pm and was advised sorry the driver has been held up, they will be there shortly. be advised no sorry they will be there tomorrow - no phone call to advise plus I had waited for them. I called and spoke to Nick, he asked what time the next day would work for me, 9am no sorry we are delivering a vehicle to a customer, 8.30? no sorry we don't open until 9, would 10 be ok. When I said no, and said this was terrible service he said I am not talking to you, you're being rude and yelling at me There were two other people that confirmed I didn't yell and that they felt I was not rude. It would seem he didn't like the truth.
Useless! – Put in an online request for a car, never heard back, spoke with online support, never heard back, spoke with them on the phone.. 2 weeks later they call me asking if they can help.... Sorry too late i already organised it with a much better company that had a car out to me the next day. You missed out on a 8 week rental.. my car is going to take that long to get repaired. That's equates to around $4500 in lost revenue.
Not my fault car hire – This is a very efficient company to deal with. My car turned up at the time specified, and also was able to drive it to the car repairer and have it picked up from there.....very happy
Not at fault car accident – So some dude in a Porsche went into the back of my car on new south head rd last week. It's not my fault that he was texting and driving! I came across www.notmyfault.com.au and applied for a free courtesy car with them. Such a pleasure to deal with. A guy named Patrick, called me 15 minutes later and I had a car delivered to my home later that day. I drive a BMW and they gave me a BMW replacement car. I can't recommend this service enough.
