stage 1 good but gold is bad – Started my 6 week old on novalac stage 1 and it really helped as she was previously on nan which was making her really sick. When the first can ran out I had to buy novalac gold which made her constipated and chucky. Back on stage 1 again and bub is back her normal self. (which had no such reaction with my c hild). I could not get anyone on the phone when I called. I just kept getting placed on hold over and over, so I gave up. I think that it pretty bad customer service wise and when I looked up their website they don't even advertise that they sell a gold version, maybe it got discontinuted for some reason? Either way I would proceed with caution in ever trying the gold version of this product. We are now having to throw out a pretty much full tin of it and it cost over $30! Nothing, company lacks customer service As stated.

Excellent – Great formula, highly recommend it but take into account that every baby is different. So what works for one baby might not work for the other. originally started with Nan HA 1 Gold. Made my baby really constipated and gave her reflux. Tried 4 other formulas and finally decided to try Novalac stage 1. I have never looked back. Cost effective. Not available everywhere
