I would love to give them 0 stars. I ordered an item twice by mistake and wanted to cancel the order straight after. They do not let you cancel orders

made from high-quality cotton that gently caresses the skin." But when they arrived I knew immediately that they were not cotton, and their labels said "99% Polyester" which I do not wear. There has been no response to my several emails and of course the phone no. is not connected. Another dreadful Asian scammer.

I usually always read reviews before I purchase from somewhere new but sadly I dropped the ball on this one as I needed a bra urgently before my birthday. I did receive the items but I need to return them as they are so horribly uncomfortable. The boots ordered are made of Cheap material and are a lot smaller than others of the same size. Hard to do zip at back up almost impossible. A complete waste of money. Very unhappy! Show details

Secondly, despite their return policy stating they accept returns if you’re not satisfied within 7 days, I have been waiting for more than a week and have received absolutely no response to my emails. Their policy also mentions that returns are processed within 7 working days, but they have failed to honor even this basic commitment.

This is unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and misleading advertising show that Novigood.com does not value its customers at all.

⚠️ I strongly warn anyone considering buying from them: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will likely end up with low-quality products and no support if something goes wrong.

I regret trusting this store, and I hope others don’t make the same mistake I did.
