Water bottles exposed to direct heat concern during transport – Water bottles are not covered when transported in the heat. Given chemicals and micro plastics in plastics can leech into water when exposed to direct heat doesn't feel like the health alternative to tap water. I also got my auntie onto it in Campbelltown and now my cleaner wants to purchase one

Very disappointing – Terrible service. Second delivery, two weeks late. Third delivery, didn't deliver on date. Dishonoured agreement with cooler. I rented for 1 year, no proviso of using them for this. Demanded, despite my disappointment, I return cooler with 9 months hire left.

Without a doubt the best company I have dealt with in years – Great tasting water and fantastic service. Always instantly accessible on the phone, excellent customer service and great water. Had a small monthly order for my home which always arrived on time. One of the last companies that values customer service.

Fantastic service and great water ! – We switched our bottled water supply to NovoH2O 2 years ago when we found out we could save 40% versus Never fail . At the time Mark. the Managing Director, highlighted further savings were available if we switched to filtered water coolers when we were ready. We made the switch last May and our drinking water cost is now down to 30% of what it was before NovoH2o started supplying us. Great service and easy to deal with.

A service that goes above and beyond – We have over 20 NovoH2O filtered water cooler units installed across Sydney. NovoH2O change the filters and service the coolers annually and automatically. We don’t have to call them. We receive a report on each unit noting when it was serviced for our OH & S records. 5 Star rating from Abacus Property!

Reliable, refreshing and professional – We have been renting a NovoH2O filtered water cooler in our North Sydney office since 2015.Recently when we move office to Chatswood NovoH2O offered to move unit from our North Sydney office to the new office for free top of that when we found we had less space and needed a different model cooler , NovoH2o installed it at no extra cost to our current rental. Amazing product and service! – We needed a filtered water cooler for our Rozelle office. Mark came out for a site meeting the next day, presented several alternative systems and how they would look installed in our office kitchen. We chose a NovoH2O Studio Alaska under sink system and it was installed within 3 days.

Outstanding service and staff – We needed to replace 6 old filtered-bubblers from a previous supplier across our Sydney City- based club building. It is an old building and there were several awkward locations that required clever plumbing solutions. NovoH2O’s plumber Stuart, did a great job and the installation was completed within 3 days of us approving the quotation.

Great Service – I live in Neutral Bay and have used NovoH2o bottled spring water at home for 10 years. Stuart, their technician who has always taken care of us, is courteous and efficient. We renovated our kitchen about a year ago we installed a NovoH2o under sink filtered water cooler. The filters are changed annually, and the system is inspected to ensure there are no problems.
